    Dear Voters,

I have known Minister Gene Pack for 25 years and I wholeheartedly endorse his candidacy for HCC Trustee District 9. He is incorruptible and will serve as a zealous advocate for the people of District 9.

Minister Pack is a Vietnam War veteran and a social advocate that has spent his entire life soldiering for conservative values that empower disenfranchised and underrepresented people. I support his vision of breaking down barriers to student success. I support his vision of improving outreach, curriculum offerings and programs for veterans. Finally, I know that he will provide new vision, inspiration and opportunities to a generation of students that will find greater success in trades (e.g. plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and mechanics) than in traditional academic settings.

Minister Pack will serve as a liaison between HCC and the White House initiative on expanding apprenticeships in our nation. We must reform ineffective education and workforce programs by ensuring that Americans “obtain relevant skills and high paying jobs” (Presidential Executive Order Expanding Apprenticeships in America).

HCC is a first responder to the educational needs of our community and it is vital that we have representatives on the Board of Trustees that will safeguard our future. Minister Pack is accessible, intelligent and caring. He will fight for the common person. He will fight against corruption and overindulgence. And, he will fight unapologetically for District 9! He deserves your support and will never take it for granted.

    Sincerely Yours,

    Jeremy Levitt, J.D., Ph.D.
